Grand Avenue. Take the 292 Samtrans Bus Line southbound.

You may leave from the Transbay Terminal located at First and Mission to take the 292 SamTrans
Bus which runs every 30 minutes and will take approximately one hour of bus travel time to reach the South San Francisco Conference Center.
Exit the 292 SamTrans Bus at the Shell Gas Station directly across the street from the Center. The cross street is Mitchell Avenue.
